We’ll bring our famous food and frozen margaritas wherever your party is happening! Whatever you want: a tent with sit down service on china, a Mariachi Band, buffet tables full of sizzling Fajitas, our new Quesadilla Bar, or a Party Platter with finger food for the football game. We can even grill on site if you like.

Toluca: $13.00 per person
Mesquite grilled Chicken, Beef or Combination Fajitas, Served with: grilled onions, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and homemade flour tortillas.
Queso, chips, salsa and boxed mini-sopapillas are also provided.

El Roberto Grande: $15 per person
Mesquite grilled Chicken and Beef Fajitas. Pork tenderloin medallions, Jumbo stuffed Shrimp (2 per person) Sautéed bell peppers, tomatoes, grilled onions and mushrooms.

Basket of TAMALES: the heart of ANY Mexican Fiesta!! Made FRESH daily! (Choose pork or Blue Goose) And of course rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and homemade flour tortillas. Queso, chips, salsa and boxed mini-sopapillas are also provided.

Frozen Margaritas $130.00

Add to your Mexican Fiesta with our Frozen Margaritas!  We bring our machine with a 5 gallon batch of Margarita Mix. You supply Tequila.
We also bring cups, beverage napkins, straws, salt and lime.
